Dr. Dayna McCarthy

Dr. Dayna McCarthy, a native New Yorker, is a double board certified physician. She completed her medical school training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Residency training at North-well Health system, and Fellowship training at Mount Sinai Health System. She is currently an assistant professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she is actively involved in educating and training new physicians and is immersed in the latest advances in medicine relating to human performance.
She is a pioneer in the new wave of personalized healthcare fusing both a passion for sports medicine and aesthetics utilizing the most cutting-edge minimally invasive techniques to create a personalized comprehensive treatment plan to achieve physical optimization.

Christine R. Wemyss is a registered professional nurse, a certified master injector of facial fillers, Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport, PDO threads, and Sculptra. She is also a certified aesthetic consultant and skincare specialist who has worked in the Medical Aesthetic field for over two decades. She honed her skills by working alongside the field’s most cutting-edge physicians and is devoted to helping patients achieve their most beautiful look possible.
Christine is respected for her care and expertise, traits that have gained her a wide range of devoted clients. She will provide you with a private aesthetic consultation and will tailor her advice to help you obtain your desired result with the most natural look possible.
Christine has taken extensive courses in Obesity Medicin and Weight Loss Management.
She works in Dr. McCarthy’s practice as the administrative and practice manager, including obtaining and maintaining accreditation with the JC for both office sites. She also oversees numerous clinical tasks in the New York office where she supervises the OR, scrubs on cases, and manages the pre and post-operative care of patients. She is constantly taking continuing education courses to upgrade her skills.
Sarah Otazo, FNTP, FBCS
Sarah Otazo is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapist and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist who has been in practice nearly 10 years. Sarah has a practice for both local and remote clients in New York, New Jersey and London, helping them identify and remove their personal dietary stressors, identify and address their unique nutritional deficiencies, and support the body’s ability to detoxify safely and effectively. The tools she uses include dietary change, lifestyle modification, and targeted supplementation, all of which can bring the body back into balance. This in turn can make truly profound improvements in physical and mental health. Sarah loves her role as a “health detective”, utilizing a number of data collection and assessment tools, as she works with clients to create a customized, bio-individual plan, and then coaches them through that plan to help them achieve success.
Sarah works with clients 1:1 to customize plans for them, and also teaches group classes to offer clients a combination of community support and education in making healthy and sustainable changes to the way they eat and live.

With over 15+ years of experience working in medical offices, medical spas & surgical centers, Nicole is nothing but passionate about what she loves to do! She is certified by multiple laser companies including Cutera, Palomar, and Cool Sculpting. She is highly experienced with numerous esthetic services such as laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, fractional skin resurfacing, cellulite reduction treatments, micro-needling treatments, advanced chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials. She is also extremely knowledgeable in a wide variety of skincare lines and regimes. She possesses a special talent to connect with her patients, establish trust, and give personal attention to their needs, providing them with the most successful plan of treatment.
